❍ Rimuovere la vite di registro
compressione (25) e la
guarnizione (24).
❍ Sfilare la cartuccia ammortizzatore
(12) completa e rimuovere la
boccola di centraggio inferiore (15).
Importante
Non aprire la cartuccia
ammortizzatore.
❍ Sfilare il raschiapolvere (21) dalla
sommità del fodero esterno (16)
facendo leva con un cacciavite.
❍ Rimuovere l'anello di fermo (20)
dal fodero esterno.
Importante
Fare attenzione a non rovinare
il tubo portante (23) e la sede nel
tubo esterno.

❍ Estrarre il fodero esterno dal tubo
portante tirando con forza,
assestando colpi in rapida
successione, per contrastare la
resistenza della boccola di guida
(17) forzata sul fodero.
❍ Rimuovere la boccola (22) dal
tubo portante inserendo la punta di
un cacciavite nell'apertura della
boccola stessa.
❍ Rimuovere dal tubo portante:

la boccola di guida (17);
lo scodellino (18);
l'anello di tenuta (19);
l'anello di fermo (20);
il raschiapolvere (21).

❍ Remove the compression
adjuster (25) and the seal (24).
❍ Slide out the complete damper
cartridge (12) and remove the lower
centering bush (15).
Caution
Do not open the damper
cartridge.
❍ Remove the dust seal (21) from
the slider top (16) with a
screwdriver.
❍ Remove the circlip (20) from the
slider.
Caution
Make sure not to damage the
stanchion tube (23) and the slider
seat.
❍ Pull strongly and tap to remove
the slider from the stanchion tube.
Tap rapidly to counteract the pilot
bushing (17) forced into the slider.
❍ Insert the bit of a screwdriver into
the bush opening and remove the
bush (22) from the stanchion tube.
❍ Remove the following parts from
the stanchion tube:
pilot bushing (17);
retainer (18);
oil seal (19);
circlip (20);
dust seal (21).
