Importante
Prima di installare l'anello di
tenuta (19), lubrificare i bordi di
scorrimento con olio forcella o con
grasso per tenute.
▲ Proteggere l'estremità del tubo
portante con nastro.
▲ Installare i seguenti componenti
nel tubo portante:
raschiapolvere (21);
anello di fermo (20);
anello di tenuta (19).
Importante
Installare l'anello di tenuta con
la superficie marcata rivolta verso il
raschiapolvere.
▲ Installare i seguenti componenti
sul tubo portante:
scodellino (18);
boccola di guida (17);

boccola (22) del tubo portante.
Importante
Eliminare eventuali bave e
fare attenzione a non rovinare il
rivestimento esterno della boccola.
▲ Nastrare insieme il raschiapolvere
e l'anello di fermo che potrebbero
intralciare le operazioni successive.
Note
Prima di assemblare le due
parti, lubrificare le superfici di
scorrimento delle boccole con olio
forcella.
▲ Spingere la boccola di guida (17)
e lo scodellino (18) nel fodero
esterno utilizzando l'attrezzo premi
anello di tenuta (D, cod.
88713.0960).
▲ Spingere l'anello di tenuta (19)
nel fodero utilizzando la stessa
attrezzatura.
▲ Installare l'anello di fermo (20) e il
raschiapolvere (21).
Importante
Il fodero esterno deve
scorrere liberamente sul tubo
portante. Supportare
esclusivamente con le mani i tubi
portanti e i foderi esterni per non
danneggiare gli anelli di tenuta e le
boccole di guida.
▲ Bloccare il supporto asse ruota in
morsa.
▲ Installare la boccola di centraggio
inferiore (15) all'estremità della
cartuccia ammortizzatore (12) e
inserirli nel tubo portante.
Reassembly
Caution
Lubricate the sliding edges
with fork oil or seal grease before
reassembling the oil seal (19).
▲ Put some adhesive tape onto the
stanchion top.
▲ Fit the following parts into the
stanchion:
dust seal (21)
circlip (20)
oil seal (19).
Caution
Fit the oil seal with the
marked surface facing the dust seal.
▲ Fit the following parts into the
stanchion:
retainer (18);
pilot bushing (17);
stanchion bush (22).
Caution
Remove any burrs and make
sure not to damage the bush outer
coating.
▲ To make the next operation
easier, tape dust seal and circlip
together.
Note
Lubricate the bush sliding
surfaces with fork oil before
reassembling.
▲ Push the pilot bushing (17) and
the retainer (18) into the slider with
the seal ring tool (D, part no.
88713.0960).
▲ Push the oil seal (19) into the
slider using the above tool.
▲ Fit the circlip (20) and the dust
seal (21).
Caution
Ensure that the slider slides
smoothly along the stanchion tube.
Hold both stanchions and sliders in
your hands not to damage oil seals
and pilot bushings.
▲ Vice the wheel shaft support.
▲ Fit the lower centering bush (15)
into the damper cartridge end (12)
and then fit them into the stanchion
tube.
