SMONTAGGIO SUPPORTO
BATTERIA
❍ Rimuovere la batteria come
descritto al capitolo "Smontaggio
batteria".
❍ Svitare la vite (1) e rimuovere i
supporti porta relè, lasciando questi
ultimi collegati all'impianto elettrico.
▲ Fare attenzione nel rimontaggio a
rimontare i supporti relè nello
stesso ordine riportato in figura.
❍ Svitare le due viti (2) e rimuovere
la centralina iniezione, lasciandola
collegata all'impianto.
❍ Rimuovere la base in gomma (3)
di appoggio batteria.
❍ Svitare le quattro viti (4) e
rimuovere il supporto batteria.
❍ Eventualmente sostituire i quattro
supporti antivibranti (5) posizionati
sulla testa verticale e sulla staffa
supporto batteria.
❍ Rimuovere la scatola portafusibili
della staffa sfilando i pioli (6) dai
rispettivi gommini.
❍ Separare il supporto elastico (7)
teleruttore avviamento dalla staffa,
lasciandolo collegato all'impianto.
❍ Svitare i due dadi (8) di fissaggio
staffa e rimuoverla dalla testa
verticale.
Importante
Durante il rimontaggio fare
attenzione al posizionamento dei
cavi dall'impianto elettrico,
riposizionarli come descritto in
"Posizionamento cavi impianto
elettrico".
REMOVING THE BATTERY
MOUNT
❍ Remove the battery as described
in "Removing the battery".
❍ Loosen the screw (1) and remove
the relay holders. Do not disconnect
relays from the electrical system.
▲ At reassembly, make sure to fit
relay holders as shown in the figure.
❍ Unscrew the two screws (2) and
remove the injection CPU, but leave
it connected.
❍ Remove the battery rubber holder
(3).
❍ Unscrew the four screws (4) and
remove the battery mount.
❍ Remove the vertical head and
battery mount bracket damping
pads (5), if necessary.
❍ Slide pins (6) out of the relevant
seals and remove the fuse box from
bracket.
❍ Set the starter contactor elastic
support (7) apart from the bracket
and leave it connected.
❍ Undo the two nuts (8) and take
the bracket out of the vertical head.

At reassembly follow
description given under
"Arrangement of wiring on the
frame".
