▲ Introdurre un distanziale (7)
orientato come in sezione e

bloccare il tutto con l'anello elastico
(8).
Ruotare la girante (6) e verificare che
ruoti liberamente, senza attriti
anomali.
▲ Pulire accuratamente la
superficie di accoppiamento
coperchio ed installare i grani di
centraggio (9) e una guarnizione
metallica (10).
▲ Posizionare il coperchio (11) della
pompa acqua.
▲ Impuntare le viti di fissaggio
coperchio, prestando attenzione che
soltanto sul filetto della vite (12) va
preventivamente applicato il
sigillante.
▲ Serrare le viti alla coppia prescelta.

▲ Fit a spacer (7) positioned as
shown in the cross-section view.
Lock in place by fitting the circlip (8).
Turn the rotor (6) to make sure it
runs smoothly and does not jam;
▲ Before refitting pump cover,
clean the contact surfaces
thoroughly and install a metal
gasket (10) and the locating dowels
(9).
▲ Fit the cover (11) on the coolant
pump.
▲ Start the retaining screws in their
holes in the cover. Before placing
screw (12) in position, apply sealant
to its thread (applies to this screw
only).
▲ Tighten screws to the specified
torque.
