LOCK
SMONTAGGIO AVVISATORI
ACUSTICI
❍ Staccare le connessioni del
cablaggio principale degli avvisatori
acustici.
❍ Svitare le due viti (1) e rimuovere
la protezione in plastica (2) e i due
avvisatori acustici unitamente alla
loro staffa di supporto.

▲ Nel rimontaggio delle viti (1)
LOCK
applicare frenafiletti sul filetto e
serrare alla coppia prescritta.
SMONTAGGIO TUBO SFIATO
VAPORI BASAMENTO
❍ Allentare la fascetta (A) e sfilare il
tubo di sfiato vapori dal raccordo sul
basamento.
Importante
Otturare l'apertura del
raccordo per evitare che corpi
estranei entrino nel basamento.
SMONTAGGIO SUPPORTO
POMPA - PEDALE FRENO
POSTERIORE
❍ Svitare il perno (1) del pedale
freno e la vite (2) di fissaggio
posteriore del supporto pompa-
pedale freno.
▲ Nel rimontaggio applicare
adesivo per bloccaggi coassiali sul
filetto del perno (1) e della vite (2).
❍ Staccare il supporto dal motore
lasciando i tubi freno e il cavo
dell'interruttore stop posteriore
collegati ai rispettivi impianti.
REMOVING THE WARNING
HORNS
❍ Disconnect the warning horns
from the main cable.
❍ Undo the two screws (1), remove
the plastic cover (2) and the two
warning horns with relevant
brackets.
▲ When refitting the screws (1),
apply some threadlocker and
tighten to the specified torque.
DISCONNECTING THE
BREATHER PIPE
❍ Loosen the tie (A) and disconnect
the breather pipe from the
crankcase fitting.
Caution
Block off the fitting opening to
prevent dirt and foreign objects
from entering the crankcase.
REMOVING THE REAR BRAKE
PEDAL AND THE CYLINDER
SUPPORT
❍ Unscrew the brake pedal pin (1)
and the rear fastening screw (2) of
the brake pedal-cylinder support.
▲ At reassembly, apply retaining
compound to the pin (1) and screw
(2) threads.
❍ Disconnect the support from the
engine but leave the brake hoses
and the stop light switch cable
connected.
