SMONTAGGIO SCATOLA
FILTRO ARIA
❍ Rimuovere il coperchio e la
cartuccia filtro aria come descritto al
capitolo "Sostituzione filtro aria" della
sezione "Manutenzione".
❍ Ruotare in senso antiorario i
collettori di aspirazione (1) per
liberarli dalla molla di ritegno, posta
all'interno della scatola filtro, ed
estrarli.
❍ Svitare la vite anteriore (2) di
fissaggio della scatola dietro al telaio.
❍ Liberare il tubo di drenaggio (3) e
il tubo vapori olio (4) collegati sul
fondo della scatola filtro.
❍ Sfilare le colonnette (5) che
fissano la scatola al telaio e
rimuovere la scatola filtro aria.

Importante
Per non danneggiare i gommini
montati in corrispondenza del
fissaggio della colonnetta al telaio, si
consiglia di lubrificarli con alcool.

REMOVING THE AIR BOX

❍ Remove the cover and the filter
cartridge as described in "Changing
the air filter" in the "Maintenance"
section.
❍ Turn the intake manifolds (1)
counterclockwise to release them
from the retaining spring into the
filter box. Remove the intake
manifolds.
❍ Undo the front retaining screw (2)
fitting the box behind the frame.
❍ Release the drain (3) and the oil
breather pipes (4) connected to the
bottom of the air filter box.
❍ Working from the frame side,
remove the studs (5) fitting air filter
box to frame and remove the box.
Caution
Lubricate with alcohol the
seals positioned close to the stud-
to-frame connection not to damage
them.
