SMONTAGGIO FORCELLA
ANTERIORE
❍ Rimuovere il parafango anteriore
svitando le 4 viti (1).
❍ Rimuovere la ruota anteriore e il
cupolino come descritto ai paragrafi
precedenti.
❍ Allentare le viti (2) di fissaggio
degli steli forcella alla testa di
sterzo.
❍ Allentare le viti (3) di fissaggio
degli steli forcella alla base di
sterzo.
❍ Sfilare verso il basso gli steli ed
effettuare tutte le operazioni di
revisione necessarie.
▲ Quando si procede al rimontaggio
è necessario posizionare gli steli,
rispetto alla base di sterzo, facendo
riferimento alla quota di figura.
▲ Bloccare alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta le viti di fissaggio degli
steli alla base e alla testa di sterzo.
Importante
Se durante lo smontaggio sono
state rimosse dalla loro sede
applicare grasso prescritto sul filetto
delle viti (2) e (3) prima del bloccaggio.
▲ Riassemblare tutte le parti
rimosse durante lo smontaggio.

REMOVING THE FRONT FORK

❍ Unscrew the four screws (1) and
remove the front mudguard.
❍ Remove the front wheel and the
headlight fairing as described
previously.
❍ Loosen the pinch bolts (2) holding
the fork legs to the steering head.
❍ Loosen the pinch bolts (3) holding
the fork legs to the bottom yoke.
❍ Slide the legs out downwards.
Overhaul where necessary.
▲ At reassembly, insert the legs in
the bottom yoke and fix at the
measurement shown in the figure.
▲ Tighten the leg pinch bolts on the
steering head and bottom yoke to
the specified torque values.
Caution
If the pinch bolts (2) and (3) are
removed during disassembly,
grease their threads before refitting
and tightening.
▲ Refit all the parts removed during
disassembly.
