RIMONTAGGIO
SOSPENSIONE POSTERIORE

▲ Lubrificare con grasso prescritto il
gambo del perno (1) e le superfici di
contatto della rosetta (2).
▲ Lubrificare con grasso prescritto
la filettatura del perno e il sottotesta
del dado (3).
▲ Inserire il bilanciere completo tra i

supporti del telaio, nella posizione
raffigurata.
▲ Montare la rosetta (2) nel perno
(1) con il lato concavo rivolto verso il
perno.

▲ Inserire il perno fino in battuta sul
telaio.
▲ Installare il dado (3) con la parte
esagonale verso l'esterno.
▲ Bloccare il dado e serrare la vite
alla coppia prescritta.
▲ Ingrassare filetto e sottotesta
delle viti (4) e (5) di fissaggio
superiore ammortizzatore e
tirante ed impuntarle nel
bilanciere.
▲ Disporre l'ammortizzatore con il
raccordo del tubo di collegamento al
serbatoio di compensazione in alto
e rivolto verso il posteriore.
▲ Inserire lo snodo superiore
dell'ammortizzatore in
corrispondenza del foro posteriore
del bilanciere.
▲ Bloccare la vite (4) alla coppia
prescritta.
▲ Installare le boccole (6) su
entrambi gli snodi del tirante.
▲ Inserire l'estremità superiore del

tirante nel bilanciere e bloccare la
vite (5) alla coppia prescritta.
▲ Installare l'estremità inferiore
dell'ammortizzatore e del tirante nel
forcellone inserendo le boccole (7).
▲ Ingrassare nel diametro di
scorrimento la bussola filettata (8) e
introdurla nel supporto con la parte
cilindrica.
▲ Ingrassare filetto, sottotesta
e diametro di scorrimento
della vite di fissaggio inferiore (9)
ed inserirla nel forcellone dal lato
B
destro.
▲ Bloccare la vite alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta.
REFITTING THE REAR
SUSPENSION
▲ Lubricate the pin shank (1) and
the contact surfaces of the washer
(2) with the recommended grease.
▲ Lubricate the pin threading and
the nut underhead (3) with the
recommended grease.
▲ Insert the complete rocker arm
between the frame supports, as
shown in the figure.
▲ Fit the washer (2) into the pin (1)
with its concave side facing the pin.
▲ Insert the pin in the frame until it
is fully seated.
▲ Fit the nut (3) with its hexagon
side facing outwards.
▲ Clamp the nut and tighten the
screw to the specified torque.
▲ Lubricate threading and
underhead of the screws (4) and (5)
fixing the upper part of the
monoshock with the linkage and
snug them into the rocker arm.
▲ Position the monoshock with the
compensation reservoir hose union
at the top facing back.
▲ Insert the monoshock upper joint
in the rocker arm rear hole.
▲ Tighten the screw (4) to the
specified torque.
▲ Fit the bushings (6) onto both
linkage joints.
▲ Insert the upper end of the
linkage into the rocker arm and
tighten the screw (5) to the
specified torque.
▲ Assemble the lower end of the
monoshock and the linkage into the
swingarm by inserting the bushings
(7).
▲ Grease the sliding surface of the
threaded bushing (8) and fit its
cylindrical side into the support.
▲ Grease the threading, underhead
and sliding surface of the lower
retaining screw (9) and insert into
the swingarm from the RH side.
▲ Tighten the screw to the
specified torque.
