Perno ruota
Verificare l'entità della distorsione
del perno ruota anteriore e
posteriore:
ruotare su di un piano di riscontro il
perno e controllare con uno
spessimetro il valore massimo della
distorsione;
● limite di servizio su 100 mm:
0,2 mm.
Cerchio
Una volta accertato il buono stato
dei cuscinetti è necessario eseguire
la verifica del cerchio operando nel
modo seguente:
❍ effettuare un controllo visivo per
individuare eventuali deformazioni,
solchi o crepe: in caso affermativo
sostituire il cerchio;
❍ inserire il perno nella ruota e
posizionarlo su due riscontri
fissi;
❍ installare un comparatore
supportandolo in modo da poter
rilevare i valori di sbandamento
laterale ed eccentricità del cerchio
ruota rispetto all'asse del perno.
Valori standard:
● sbandamento laterale:
0,5 mm
● eccentricità:
0,8 mm
● limite di servizio:
2 mm
Se i valori riscontrati non rientrano
nel limite è necessario sostituire il
cerchio.
Wheel shaft
Check the distortion of the front and
rear wheel shafts.
Roll the shaft on a reference surface
and check the maximum distortion
using a feeler gauge.
● Service limit on 100 mm:
0.2 mm
Rims
After you have checked the
bearings, check the rims as follows:
❍ Inspect the rim for cracks, scoring
and deformation; change damaged
rims;
❍ Insert the wheel shaft in the
wheel and mount the wheel on two
fixed reference blocks;
❍ Using a dial gauge, measure the
rim run-out and out-of-round with
respect to shaft axis.
Standard values
● Run-out:
0.5 mm
● Out-of round:
0.8 mm
● Service limit:
2 mm
If the values measured are not
within these limits, change the rim.
