Bilancieri di apertura
❍ Utilizzando l'attrezzo cod.
88713.1994 sfilare i perni dei
bilancieri di apertura e rimuovere
questi ultimi dall'interno della testa.
Valvole
❍ Con un cacciavite sganciare
l'estremità della molla di ritorno del
bilanciere di chiusura
dall'ancoraggio sulla testa.
❍ Spostare verso l'esterno il
bilanciere (1) allentando la relativa
vite.
❍ Rimuovere il registro superiore
(2).
Attenzione
Non introdurre per nessun
motivo le mani all'interno della testa
del motore durante lo smontaggio
di queste parti. Rimuovere i
componenti utilizzando pinze per
seeger, come illustrato in figura.
❍ Introdurre un cacciavite dietro il
bilanciere (1) per consentirne
l'abbassamento e assicurarsi della
stabilità della posizione dello stesso.
❍ Abbassare il registro inferiore (3)
e scoprire i semianelli (4).
❍ Rimuovere i semianelli (4).
❍ Estrarre il registro inferiore (3).

Opening rocker arms
❍ Use tool part no. 88713.1994 to
pull out the opening rocker arm
shafts. Then remove the rocker
arms from the head.
Valves
❍ Release one end of the return
spring of the closing rocker arm
from its head hook with a
screwdriver.
❍ Loosen the screw and push the
rocker arm (1) outwards.
❍ Remove the upper shim (2).
Warning
Never put your hands inside
the engine head during
disassembly. Remove parts using
seeger tweezers, as shown in the
figure.
❍ Fit a screwdriver behind the
rocker arm (1) to lower it and ensure
it is very stabile.
❍ Lower the lower shim (3) and
show the split rings (4).
❍ Remove the split rings (4).
❍ Remove the lower shim (3).
