Pulegge - Cinghie – Tenditori
Le pulegge non devono presentare
tracce di usura o danni di sorta.
● Verificare la sede della chiavetta
(A): non deve risultare rovinata o
impostata dal contatto con la
chiavetta stessa.
Importante
Per evitare allentamenti
accidentali che causerebbero gravi
danni al motore, è necessario
utilizzare sempre ghiere (B)
autobloccanti nuove in
corrispondenza del fissaggio di tutte
le pulegge distribuzione.
Controllare che i cuscinetti (C) dei
tenditori ruotino liberamente senza
presentare gioco eccessivo.
Le cinghie devono essere in
perfette condizioni; è comunque
consigliabile sostituirle ad ogni
revisione.
Albero rinvio distribuzione
● Verificare che le sedi delle
linguette, le filettature e l'estremità
di accoppiamento con l'alberino
della girante risultino in buone
condizioni.
● In caso di sostituzione dell'albero
comando distribuzione o del
cuscinetto di supporto è necessario
verificare che il gioco assiale non
superi i 0,20 mm.
● Se risulta superiore, installare un
rasamento di 0,20 mm di spessore
tra cuscinetto (1) e seeger (2).
Belt rollers - Tensioners -
Belts
The belt rollers must not show any
signs of wear or damage of any
kind.
● Check keyway (A): it must not be
damaged or worn by contact with
the key.
Caution
To prevent accidental
loosening that would cause serious
damage to the engine, always use
new self-locking ring nuts (B) for
fixing all the timing belt rollers.
Check that the tensioner bearings
(C) rotate freely without excessive
play.
The belts must be in perfect
condition; they should be changed
every time the engine is
overhauled.
Timing lay shaft
● Ensure that keyways, threadings
and ends matching with rotor shaft
are in good operating conditions.
● After replacing the timing drive
shaft or the support bearing, ensure
that axial play is not over 0.20 mm.
● If over, fit a 0.20 mm shim
between bearing (1) and snap ring
(2).
