SMONTAGGIO E REVISIONE
FORCELLONE OSCILLANTE
❍ Mettere il motociclo su un
supporto adatto e rimuovere tutti i
componenti che possono ostacolare
l'operazione.
❍ Rimuovere la ruota posteriore nel
modo descritto al paragrafo
"Smontaggio ruota posteriore".
❍ Rimuovere il tubo di scarico del
cilindro verticale come descritto al
paragrafo "Smontaggio sistema di
scarico".
❍ Rimuovere il tappo di copertura.
❍ Svitare la vite (1) di fulcraggio
inferiore dell'ammortizzatore e del
tirante.
❍ Abbassare il forcellone e
recuperare la bussola filettata (2) e
le boccole (3) in corrispondenza
dello snodo sferico del tirante (vedi
esploso alla pagina precedente).
❍ Allentare le viti (4) sui morsetti di
tenuta del perno forcellone su
entrambi i lati di quest'ultimo.
❍ Rimuovere i tappi (5) dai lati del
forcellone.
❍ Per lo smontaggio del perno
occorre rimuovere almeno uno degli
anelli d'arresto esterni (6).

REMOVING AND
OVERHAULING THE
SWINGARM
❍ Raise the bike onto a suitable
stand and remove all components
which might obstruct swingarm
removal and overhaul.
❍ Remove the rear wheel as
described in "Removing the rear
wheel".
❍ Remove the vertical cylinder
exhaust pipe as described in
"Removing the exhaust system".
❍ Remove the cap.
❍ Remove the lower pivot bolt (1) of
the monoshock linkage.
❍ Lower the swingarm and keep
the threaded bushing (2) and the
bushes (3) at the linkage ball joint
(refer to the exploded view shown
in the previous page).
❍ Loosen the bolts (4) of the
swingarm pivot shaft clamps;
loosen the bolts on both sides.
❍ Remove the plugs (5) from the
swingarm sides.
❍ To remove the pivot shaft,
remove at least one of the outer
circlips (6).
