POMPA ELETTRICA
CARBURANTE
La pompa elettrica è del tipo

volumetrico a lobi rotanti, con
motorino (1) immerso nel
carburante. È dotata di un filtro a
rete (2) fissato con un anello seeger
(3) al corpo pompa.
La pompa è inserita in un supporto
elastico (4) con le sedi per il
fissaggio alle staffe del serbatoio
carburante.
Il motorino è a spazzole con
eccitazione a magneti permanenti.
La pompa è dotata di una valvola di
non ritorno necessaria per evitare lo
svuotamento del circuito carburante
quando la pompa non è in funzione.
Essa è inoltre provvista di una
valvola di sovrapressione che
cortocircuita la mandata con
l'aspirazione, quando si verificano
pressioni superiori a 5 Bar, evitando
in tal modo il surriscaldamento del
motorino elettrico.
Note
Per verificare il buon
funzionamento di questo
componente utilizzare lo strumento
di diagnosi "MATHESIS".
ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP
The electric pump is the positive
displacement type and has rotating
lobes, with the motor (1) immersed
in the fuel. It is provided with a
mesh filter (2) fitted to the pump
body by a snap ring (3).
The pump is located inside an
elastic mount (4) housing the
special connectors to the fuel tank
brackets. It uses a brush motor
energized by permanent magnets.
The pump has a non-return valve
which prevents emptying of the fuel
circuit when the pump is not
running. It also has a pressure relief
valve which short-circuits the feed
with intake when the pressure
exceeds 5 Bar. This prevents
overheating of the electric motor.
Note
To check that this component
is functioning correctly, use the
"MATHESIS" tester.
