Tamburo comando forcelle
Controllare che la larghezza delle
cave del tamburo comando
forcelle sia nelle tolleranze
prescritte dal costruttore. Gioco tra
perno forcella e scanalatura con
componenti nuovi:
0,265÷0,425 mm.
Limite di usura:
0,6 mm.
Larghezza delle cave di un tamburo
nuovo:
8,00÷8,09 mm.
Limite di usura:
8,19 mm.
Diametro perno forcella nuova:
7,665÷7,735 mm.
Limite di usura:
7,5 mm.
Determinare il gioco esistente tra
perno di azionamento della forcella
e cava sul tamburo selettore
rilevando le due quote con un
calibro.
Se il limite di servizio viene
superato, stabilire, confrontandoli
con i valori dei componenti nuovi,
quale particolare deve essere
sostituito.
❍ Verificare inoltre lo stato
di usura dei perni di supporto del
tamburo; non devono presentare
solchi, bave o deformazioni.
❍ Controllare il gioco esistente tra
perni e alloggiamento sul carter.
Se risulta superiore a 0,20 mm
(limite di servizio) sostituire il
componente più usurato.
Fork selector drum
Check that the width of the selector
drum slots fall within the tolerances
specified by the Manufacturer.
Clearance between fork pin and slot
(with new components):
0.265-0.425 mm.
Wear limit:
0.6 mm.
Width of the slots (in a new drum):
8.00-8.09 mm.
Wear limit:
8.19 mm.
Diameter of fork pin (new):
7.665-7.735 mm.
Wear limit:
7.5 mm.
To establish the clearance between
the fork drive pin and the selector
drum slot, measure the two values
with a gauge.
If the limit is exceeded, establish
which part must be changed, by
comparing the values with the
values of new components.
❍ Also check the state of wear of
the drum support pins; they must
not show any signs of grooves,
burrs and deformation.
❍ Check the clearance between
pins and housing in the crankcase. If
it is over 0.20 mm (service limit)
change the part which shows more
wear.
