❍ Inserire le marce e controllare che
non vi siano impuntature nel
comando cambio (forcella (1) -gola
ingranaggio (2) e piolo forcella-gola
tamburo desmodromico) dovute a
scorretti giochi assiali.
❍ Ripristinare detti giochi
spessorando alberi cambio e
tamburo con apposite rondelle di
rasamento.
● Gioco assiale totale alberi cambio:
0,05÷0,15 mm
● Gioco assiale totale tamburo
cambio:
0,10÷0,40 mm
Come verifica pratica finale,
accertarsi che con il cambio in
posizione di folle gli innesti frontali
(4) degli ingranaggi scorrevoli (3)
risultino equidistanti, su entrambi i
lati, rispetto ai corrispondenti degli
ingranaggi fissi (5). Verificare inoltre
che innestando le marce, risulti
sempre un minimo gioco tra la
forcella (1) e relativa cava (2)
sull'ingranaggio scorrevole (3).

❍ Engage the gears and check that
the gearbox operating system does
not jam (selector fork (1)-gear
groove (2) and fork pin-
desmodromic drum groove) due to
incorrect end float.
❍ Correct the float by shimming the
gearbox shafts and drum with the
suitable shims.
Total gearbox shaft end float:
● 0.05-0.15 mm.
Total gearbox drum end float:
● 0.10-0.40 mm.
When finished, run a practical test.
Place gear in neutral and check that
the coupling dogs (4) of the sliding
gears (3) are centered to the
matching dogs of the fixed gears (5),
i.e. that the distance is the same at
both ends. Engage all gears and
make sure there is always a small
clearance between fork (1) and
matching groove (2) in the sliding
gear (3).
