Pulegge distribuzione
❍ Tramite l'attrezzo cod.
88700.5644 bloccare la puleggia e
con l'apposita chiave sbloccare la
ghiera (1). Svitare completamente la
ghiera e rimuovere la rondella (2).
❍ Sfilare la puleggia dall'albero a
camme.
Se l'operazione risultasse
difficoltosa, utilizzare l'estrattore cod.
88700.1749 applicato sui due fori
della puleggia.
❍ Sfilare la rondella di appoggio
puleggia e la linguetta dall'estremità
dell'albero a camme.
Importante
Le linguette americane di
accoppiamento disassate devono
essere rimontate come in origine,
senza invertirne il senso e le
rispettive sedi di alloggiamento.
❍ Sfilare il distanziale (3) dall'albero
a camme.
❍ Eseguire le stesse operazioni per
l'altra puleggia e sull'altra testa.
Timing belt rollers
❍ Use service tool part no.
88700.5644 to secure the timing
belts rollers and unscrew the ring
nut (1) with the proper wrench. Fully
unscrew the ring nut and remove
the washer (2).
❍ Remove the roller from the
camshaft.
If it is difficult to pull out the belt
rollers, use puller part no.
88700.1749 on the two holes on
the belt roller.
❍ Remove the guide washer and
the key from the camshaft end.
Caution
Refit the Woodruff keys to
their original position. Do not
reverse seats or direction.
❍ Remove the spacer (3) from the
camshaft.
❍ Repeat procedure with the other
belt roller and with the other head.
