pulse width shown below.
Minimum pulse width: 2 machine cycles
However, a pulse with a smaller width may still be recognized as a valid pulse. Also, since this
product has no filter for the external TRG input, add a filter, if necessary.

13.4.2 One-shot Operation

At one-shot operation, a single pulse of any width can be output by a trigger. With restart enabled, the
counter is reloaded when the start trigger is detected during operation.
