This chapter explains the functions and operations of the sound generator.

20.1 Overview of Sound Generator

The sound generator consists of the sound control register, frequency data register, amplitude data register,

decrement grade register, tone count register, PWM pulse generator, frequency counter, decrement counter

and tone pulse counter.
