• Count clock generation circuit
The count clock generation circuit generates the count clock for the 16-bit reload timer from the machine
clock or the external input clock.
• Reload controller
The reload controller controls the reload operation when the timer is started or when an underflow occurs.
• Output controller
The output controller controls the output inversion of the TOT pin by an underflow of the 16-bit timer
register, and enables and disables the TOT pin output.
• Operation controller
The operation controller controls the 16-bit reload timer start and stop.
• 16-bit timer register (TMR0/1L, TMR0/1H)
The register is the 16-bit decrement counter. At reading, the current value is read.
• 16-bit reload register (TMRLR0/1L, TMRLR0/1H)
The register sets the interval time of the 16-bit reload timer. The setting value of this register is loaded into
the 16-bit timer register to be decremented.
• Timer control status register (TMCSR0/1L, TMCSR0/1H)
The timer control status register performs the following 16-bit reload timer operations: selection of count
clock, selection of operation mode, setting of operatiin condition, trigger start by software, enabling and
disabling of count operation, selection of reload and one-shot mode, selection of pin output level, enabling
and disabling of timer output, control of interrupt and state check.
