5.7 Pin State in Standby Mode, at Reset

The state in the standby mode, at reset is shown by the each memory access mode.

*1: This means that the state in which the input function enabled. Consequently, the pull-up/pull-down
option needs to be selected or external input needs to be performed. When the pins are used as output
port pins, they are the same as the pins of other ports.
*2: This means that holding the output state preceding this mode. However, when that state is the input
state, input is disabled.
'Holding the output state preceding this mode' means that holding the values of the operating resources
or ports.
*3: 'Input cut off' means that operation of the input gate near the pins is disabled. 'Output Hi-z' means that
the pin-driving transistor is placed in the drive-disable state and the pins are set to the high-impedance
state.
*4: 'Input disabled' means that the input gate near the pin is enabled. However, input value to the pin is not
accepted internally as the internal circuit is not operating.
