Figure 2.2 shows the memory map for the MB90420/5 (A) series.

2. ROM data of the FF bank is shown as an image in the upper 00 bank, to make efficient use of the
small model of C compiler. The lower 16-bit addresses of the FF bank are all designed to be the
same, so the table within ROM can be referred without declaring the far specification for the
pointer.
For example, when 00C000
