When the machine is printing in full-color mode, the waste toner in the PCUs is transported
to the waste toner bottle for the amount of time specified with SP3813 003 below.

These SP codes fill the PCUs with developer from the developer bottle. After doing one or
more of these SP codes, always do SP3815 to confirm that the PCUs filled successfully.
