delete address_binding ip_mac
Description
This command is used to delete an IMPB entry.
Format
delete address_binding ip_mac [all | ipaddress <ipaddr> mac_address <macaddr> |
ipv6address <ipv6addr> mac_address <macaddr>]
Parameters
all - Specifies that all the MAC addresses will be used.
vlan_name - Specifies the name of the VLAN that the MAC address belongs to.
<vlan_name> - Enter the VLAN name used here.
mac_address - Specifies the MAC address of the IMPB entry.
<macaddr> - Enter the MAC address of the IMPB entry here.
ipv6address - Specifies the IPv6 address of the IMPB entry.
<ipv6addr> - Enter the IPv6 address of the IMPB entry here.
mac_address - Specifies the MAC address of the IMPB entry.
<macaddr> - Enter the MAC address of the IMPB entry here.
Restrictions
Only Administrators, Operators and Power-Users can issue this command.
Example
To delete an IMPB entry that binds the IP address 10.0.0.0.1 to the MAC address 00-00-00-00-00-
11:
DGS-3620-28PC:admin# delete address_binding ip_mac ipaddress 10.0.0.1
mac_address 00-00-00-00-00-11
Command: delete address_binding ip_mac ipaddress 10.0.0.1 mac_address 00-00-00-
