unit - (Optional) Specifies the switch stacking unit's ID.
<unit_id> - Enter the switch stacking unit's ID here.
all - Specifies that all the switch units in the stack will be used.
dest_file - (Optional) Specifies the destination file name and path.
<path_filename 64> - Enter the destination file name and path here. This can be up to 64
characters long.
boot_up - (Optional) Specifies that the firmware will be used as the boot-up firmware after the
download was completed successfully.
Restrictions
Only Administrators can issue this command.
Examples
This example shows how to download a firmware file from an FTP server.
DGS-3620-28PC:admin# download firmware_fromFTP 10.54.71.1 tcp_port 21 px.had
Command: download firmware_fromFTP 10.54.71.1 tcp_port 21 px.had
