REAR DRIVING MECHANISM
Pack the inboard joint with 60 - 80 9 at specified
grease.
Specified gr ease: NKG20S (KYODO VUSHl)
Installthe inboard joint over the bearing .
Install the stopper ring into the groove in the
inboard joint properly.
Install the in board boot over the inboard joint
securely.
Be sure the length o f the drive shalt to be sal the lig-
ure given below.
DRIVE SHAFT LENGTH : 425.2 mm 116.74 lrr]

Install the shah boot band and a new outboard boot
rm;t,llialron avecton band onto the outboard boot.
lDi1q~ /9-9J Bend down each band end and secure it wi th Ihe
lock tabs. Tap the lock labs with a plastic hammer.
Install the boo t band B and a new inboa rd bo ot
band onto the inboard boot.
Bend down each band end and secure
it
with the
lock l abs. Tap the lock tabs w ith a plas tic ham m er.
