FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
Set the knuckle and special 1 001 5 with "8 " m ar k side
of the rem over/installer faci ng to the ball joint in the
vise as shown.
Press the ball joint into the knuckle u nti l it is fully
seated.

Install the snap ring with the chamfered edge facill g
m.
INSTALLATION
Install th e knuck le onto the drive shah. and lower
and upper arms with the ball joint nUIS.
Install the tie-rod ball joint into the knuckle wi t h a
new nul.
Tighten each arm ball joint nul lo the speci fied
to rq ue and further tigh ten until its g rooves alig n
w ith t he cotter pin hole.
TORQUE: 29
