REAR BRAKE CALIPER
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the right rear wheel (page 16-6).
Drain the b rake f lui d from the rear brake hyd raulic
system (page
17-81.
Remove t he rear brake adjusting nut and disconnect
the brake cable fro m the brake arm.
Remove t he brake cable f ro m t ne caliper body.
Disconnect the brake hose from the caliper body by
remo vi ng the oi l bolt and sealing was hers,
Loosen t he bracket pin bolt.
Remove the two mounting bolts and t he brake cal i-
per from the fr am e.
Remove
me
bracket pin bol l and pivot t he caliper
body.
