COOLING SYSTEM
REMOVAL
Remove the mec hani cal seal using the specia l 10015.
MECHANICAL SEAL REPLACEMENT
Loo sen the im pe ller by turni ng it cou ntercloc kwise
wh ile hold in g the pump shaft slot .
Remove t he follow ing :
- im pell er asse mbly
- w asher
- pu mp sha ft

Remove the follow ing:
- mud g uard lid (page 3-7)
- ti g ht fron t m ud gua rd (page 3-8)
- r igh t inner fende r (page 3-91
Drain the coo lant from the sys tem lpage 7-7).
Disco nnect t he water hoses and by pass hose from
the w ater p ump.
