FRONT WHEEL/SU SPENSION / STEERING
Install th e throttle housing cover with a new qesket
and tighten t he th ree screws.
Adjust t he throttl e lever free play (pi:lge 4-4).
FRONT WHEEL
REMOVAL
Loose n the w hee l nuts.
Suppo rt t he ve hicle using a ho ist o r equivalent and
raise t he f ro nt w hee ls off th e ground.
Remove the nuts and wheel.
INSTALLATION
NOTE :
• Do not interc ha nge t he left lind right ti res.
InSl all the wheel with the ar row mar k facing in the
no rmal rotating direction.
Inst all the w heel nuts and tig hte n them .
TORQUE: 64 N ·m (6.5 kgf ·m. 47 IbH t )

(KLS37 9024 1.
• Remove and insta ll t he tire f ro m the rim side
opposite the valve stem.
Remov e t he

Use a pneumatic tire changer o r equiva lent to
remove the t ire fr o m t he rim. If a t ire changer is not
available, rim protectors and tire iro ns may be used.
Adjust t he bottom ri m supports to the pro per ri m
