Install the mou nti ng rubbers on the upper engine
hanger bu shing with the large I.D.side faci ng in.
Install the upper engine hanger bracket and the
t hree hanger bolts.
Tempo rarily tig hten the th ree bolts.
Con nect t he bypass hose to the thermostat housi ng
of the cy linder heed.
Connect the sensor connector.
Install the carburetor insulator, aligni ng the grOOVl::I
with the lug on th e cyli nder head. Tig hten the insu-
lato r band screw un til the hand enos clearance is 5.5
mm .
If t he

on to the sensor.

- cyli nder head cover (pa ge 9-22)
- the rmostat (page 7-9)
- th rottle body (page 6-431
- exhaust p ipe (page 3· 19)
