DRIVETRAIN SYSTEM
Install the shift valve body assem bly w ith the six
bol ts and t ig hten t hem securely .
Connect the solenoi d valv e 2P (Black and Brownl ' ..........
connectors.
c on nect the
AfT
clutch pressur e cont ro l 2P {Blac k}
connector.
Install th e v alve bod y cove r w ith Ihe tw o sett ing
bo lts and ligh ten them .
Install th e w ire clip over th e w ire harness and into
the body cover.
Perf orm th e transmission oi l pr essur e check, if nee-
essary (page 14-12).
Install th e followin g:
- inne r fender (page 3-9)
- fr on t mud g uard (page 3·B)
- engi ne side cover (page 3-171
FRONT CRANKCASE COVER
REMOVAL
Rem ove the follow ing :
- front mud g uards (page 3·81
inner fend ers (pag e 3-9)
- front ce nter grille

- fr ont propeller shah (page 8-6).

- o il pipes (by removin g each jmnt bolt!
- O-rings
