CYLINDER HEAD REMOVAL
Remove the fo llowing :
- ther mostat (p age 7-8)
- throttle body (page 6-43)
- exhaust pipe (page 3-191
- cy linder head cover l page 9-6)
Discon nect the ECl senso r 2P (Black) connector.
If necessary, rem ove the EeT senso r and O"ring
fro m the cy linder head.
Remov e the spark plug cap .
Loosen th e ban d screw and rem ove the insulator.
Remove the followi ng:
- bypass ho se fro m the cylinder head
upper eng ine ha nger bracket bolts
- u pper engi ne hanger bo lt
hange r bracke t and mou nting rub be rs
