FRONT DRIVING MECHANISM
Coat a new O-ring w ith molybdenum d isulfide

grease and install it into t he g roove in th e output
shaft.
Apply molybden um disulfide grease to the output
shaft sp lines.
Ap ply molybden um disulfide gr ease to th e propell er
shaft joint spli nes.
Mov e the di fferential fo rward f or maximum clear-
ance between the pro peller shaft jo int and ou tp ut
shaft .
Install the propeller shaft jo int ove r t he out put shaft .
Align the bolt holes in the d ifferential and frame,
and i nstall the 10 mm m ou nting bert.
Connect t he breather hose.
Insta ll the space r, 10 mm mounting bo ll and nut.
Insta ll th e mou nting bracket , 8 mm bolts, 8 m m
mounting bo lt and nut.
Tighten t he all mounting faste ners.
TORQUE: 10 mm: 44 N·m (4.5 kgf·m, 33 Ibl ·h )
8 mm : 22 Nrn 12 .2 kgf·m , 16Ib'·ft )
Connect t he f ro nl final clutch 2P (Green ) co nnecto r

and inst all it onto the sensor cover stay .
Insta ll the rear
VS

three bo lts, and t ig hten the bolts.
TORQUE: 10 Nm (1.0 kg' ·m , 7 Ib'·ltl
