Install the brake arm , washer and parkin g nul.
Tight en t he par king nut.
TORQUE : 27
Nm
12.8 kgf -m , 20 IbUt )
Insta ll the return spri ng as sho w n.
Coat a new O-ring w ith silicone g rea se a nd ins tall it
into the sleeve piston gr oove.
Coat a new cup wi th silico ne gr ease and install
it
onto the adjusting bol l.
Install th e adju sting bo lt int o t he sleeve pist o n.
Coat the rod with silicone grease and install it into
the sleeve piston .
Install th e piston assem bly in the caliper cyli nder by
aligning th e pi ns of t he piston w it h the holes in the
caliper.
Install bear ing A, spacer, adjusting spr ing B and
spring guide o nto t he adj ust ing bolt.

Install the snap rin g using th e snap rin g pliers.
TOOL:
Snap rin g pli ers 079 14·SA50001or
0 79 14-323 00 01
SNA P RIN G
Coat a new piston seal wi th clean brake flu id and
install it into I he seal gr oove in the caliper .
Coal the caliper piston w ith clean bra ke f luid .
Apply silico ne g rease to the lips of a new d ust
cover.
Install the du st cov er onto t he calip er piston .
Install t he dust cov er into the gr oove i n the calipe r.
Install t he caliper pist on into th e cal ip er cylinder and
onto th e adjusti ng bolt by turning lt cloc kwise.
Install the d ust cover int o t he groove in th e cali per
piston .
