5050/5100 User's Manual
USING THE MAINTENANCE MENU
The activities performed under this menu include resetting the
printer to defaults, alignment, head service, power on time and print
time settings, upgrade software functions, and ribbon monitor
functions.
While in the Offline State, press the ▼ (down) menu browse key to
enter the Main Menu. Press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu browse key
until Maintenance menu is displayed in the bottom right corner of the
LCD. Main Menu will be displayed in the upper left corner of the LCD.
To move up or down a level of menu options, press the ▲ (up) or ▼
(down) menu browse keys. To move laterally among options on the
same level, use the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu browse keys.
Currently selected menu options are displayed in the LCD with a <
symbol, which follows immediately to the right of the menu option.
Some menu options are toggle options and reflect an enabled or
disabled condition. Press the Select key to cause the printer to
perform this operation.
Press the Clear key to return to the upper level menu or to Offline
state when in a first-level menu.
