Control Chars
This selects the Control Chars (SFCC, Special Function Control
Character) setting for IGP. The values that are selected in the menus
are ASCII hexadecimals. These are the DSC (DataSteam
Compatibility) values based on the IBM EBCDIC code pages that are
being used. The default value is 7E.
1. While in the IGP menu, press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu
browse key until Control Chars is displayed in the lower right
corner of the LCD.
2. Press the ▼ (down) menu browse key to access the Control Chars
options.
Language
This selects the Language for IGP. This permits the selection of one of
twelve International Standards Organization (ISO) character sets as
the default character set.
1. While in the IGP menu, press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu
browse key until Language is displayed in the lower right corner
of the LCD.
2. Press the ▼ (down) menu browse key to access the Language
options.
3. Press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu browse key until the desired
option is displayed. Press the Select key to enable or disable an
option. The < symbol will immediately follow an enabled option.
