Slashed Zero
This selects the Slashed Zero setting for QMS. When enabled, zeros
are printed as slashed zeros, e.g.. "Ø."
1. While in the QMS menu, press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu
browse key until Slashed Zero is displayed in the lower right
corner of the LCD.
2. Press the ▼ (down) menu browse key to access the Slashed Zero
options.
3. Press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu browse key until the desired
option is displayed. Press the Select key to enable or disable an
option. The < symbol will immediately follow an enabled option.
PY Terminator
This selects either CR or CR LF as the ^PY Command Terminator for
QMS. The ^PY^- magnum on command should be terminated with
ASCII <CR><LF>. With this option set to LF, the <LF> is ignored. It
may also be terminated by a carriage return/linefeed combination.
The linefeed causes printing to begin on the second line of the
program. If printing on the first line is desired, set this option to CR.
1. While in the QMS menu, press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu
browse key until PY Terminator is displayed in the lower right
corner of the LCD.
2. Press the ▼ (down) menu browse key to access the PY Terminator
options.
3. Press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu browse key until the desired
option is displayed. Press the Select key to enable or disable an
option. The < symbol will immediately follow an enabled option.
PN Terminator
This selects either CR or CR LF as the ^PN Command Terminator for
QMS. The QMS OFF Command ^PN^- may be terminated by a
carriage return/linefeed combination. If no linefeed is desired when
QMS is turned off, set this option to CR.
1. While in the QMS menu, press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu
browse key until PN Terminator is displayed in the lower right
corner of the LCD.
2. Press the ▼ (down) menu browse key to access the PN Terminator
options.
3. Press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu browse key until the desired
option is displayed. Press the Select key to enable or disable an
option. The < symbol will immediately follow an enabled option.
