This menu is used to set the print intensity (striking power) of the
print head actuators. Normal intensity is the default setting. It gives
excellent print quality while extending the life of the print actuators
and the ribbon fabric. High intensity is used when heavy multipart
forms show a need for more print impact on the last copy.
1. While in the Engine Options menu, press the ◄ (left) or ► (right)
menu key until Print Intensity is displayed in the lower right
corner of the LCD.
2. Press the ▼ (down) menu browse key to access the Print Intensity
options.
3. Press the ◄ (left) or ► (right) menu browse key until the desired
option is displayed. Press the Select key to enable or disable an
option. The < symbol will immediately follow an enabled option.
