Purpose

Parameters
<ipaddr> <macaddr>
<ipaddr> <macaddr>
[<ipaddr> | all]
{ipif <ipif_name 12> | ipaddress <ipaddr> | static | local}
<value 0-65535>
Used to make a static entry into the ARP table.
create arpentry <ipaddr> <macaddr>
This command is used to enter an IP address and the
corresponding MAC address into the switch's ARP table.
<ipaddr>
The IP address of the end node or station.
<macaddr>
The MAC address corresponding to the IP address
above.
Only administrator-level users can issue this command.
Used to configure a static entry in the ARP table.
