delete arpentry [<ipaddr> | all]
config arpentry <ipaddr> <macaddr>
config arpentry force_aging_addr [add | delete] <ipaddr>
show arpentry {ipif <ipif_name 12> | ipaddress <ipaddr> | static | mac_address <macaddr>}

create arpentry
Description
This command is used to enter an IP address and the corresponding MAC address into the
switch's ARP table.
Format
create arpentry <ipaddr> <macaddr>
Parameters
<ipaddr> - The IP address of the end node or station.
<macaddr> - The MAC address corresponding to the IP address above.
Restrictions
Only Administrators, Operators and Power-Users can issue this command.
Example
To create a static ARP entry for the IP address 10.48.74.121 and MAC address 00:50:BA:00:07:36:
DGS-3620-28PC:admin#create arpentry 10.48.74.121 00-50-BA-00-07-36
Command: create arpentry 10.48.74.121 00-50-BA-00-07-36
Success.
DGS-3620-28PC:admin#

delete arpentry
Description
This command is used to delete an ARP entry, made using the create arpentry command above,
by specifying either the IP address of the entry or all. Specifying all deletes all static and dynamic
ARP entries.
