Used to configure bandwidth control on a by-port basis.

The config bandwidth_control command is used to configure
bandwidth on a by-port basis.
<portlist>
Specifies a port or range of ports to be configured.
all – Choose this parameter to select all configurable ports.
rx_rate
Specifies that one of the parameters below (no_limit or
<value 1-1000>) will be applied to the rate at which the above
specified ports will be allowed to receive packets
§ no_limit
Specifies that there will be no limit on the rate
of packets received by the above specified ports.
§ <value 1-1000>
the above ports will be allowed to receive.
tx_rate
Specifies that one of the parameters below (no_limit or
<value 1-1000>) will be applied to the rate at which the above
specified ports will be allowed to transmit packets.
§ no_limit
Specifies that there will be no limit on the rate
of packets received by the above specified ports.
