• Supplicant Timeout (1-65535) — Indicates the amount of time that lapses before EAP requests are
resent to the supplicant. The field value is in seconds. The field default is 30 seconds.
• Max EAP Requests (1-10) — Indicates that total amount of EAP requests sent. If a response is not
received after the defined period, the authentication process is restarted. The field default is 2 retries.
Displaying the Port Based Authentication Table
1 Open the Port Based Authentication page.
2 Click Show All.
The Port Based Authentication Table opens.

In addition to the fields in the Port Based Authentication Table also displays the following fields:
• Unit No. — Selects a stacking member.
• Copy Parameters from Port No. — Copies parameters a the selected port.
Copying parameters in the Port Based Authentication Table
1 Open the page.
2 Click Show All.
The Port Based Authentication Table opens.
3 Select the interface in the Copy Parameters from Port No. field.
4 Select an interface in the Port Based Authentication Table.
5 Check the Copy to check box to define the interfaces to which the Port based authentication
parameters are copied.
6 Click Apply Changes.
