If this server happens to be a master for any of the services, then failover happens
for that service.
Click Update.
At times, you may need to stop and restart the Cisco CRS services. For example,
you must stop the CRS Engine before modifying the Historical Reporting
configuration, and restart the Engine for the changes to take effect. You may also
stop and restart the CRS Engine to view the status of the Engine and subsystems
while the Engine stops and starts.
Stopping one CRS SQL server service stops all other CRS SQL server services,
with the exception of Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator.
To start, stop or restart Cisco CRS services, complete the following steps.
Procedure
From the CRS Administration menu bar, choose System > Control Center.
The Control Center/Servers summary web page opens.
Click a Server Name hyperlink on the navigation bar.
The Control Center/Server Configuration web page opens.
Select the radio button next to the service whose status you want to change and
click one of the following buttons:
Start
Stop
Restart
