Managing Prompts, Grammars,
Documents, and Custom Files
Cisco CRS applications can make use of many auxiliary files that interact with
callers, such as scripts, pre-recorded prompts, grammars, and custom Java classes.
To manage these auxiliary files, you must complete the following tasks:
Provision your telephony and media resources (see the
