The Subsystems Menu

The Subsystems menu of the Cisco CRS Administration web interface provides
access to the subsystems that are licensed for your CRS system.
The CRS system uses subsystems for communicating with other services.
Depending on the CRS package you have installed, the Subsystems menu may
contain some or most of the following menu options:
JTAPI—to enter JTAPI provider information, Computer Telephony Interface
(CTI) port group information, JTAPI trigger information, and to
resynchronize JTAPI information (see

Unified ICME—to configure the Unified ICME subsystem to interact with
Unified ICME software and to add new Voice Response Units (VRU) scripts
