Move the highlight to the Inverse video option with the I and J keys,
then adjust the displayed value by pressing the G or H key. The options
are as follows:
Background
Intensity
High Back
Int/Backgd
None
Monochrome
When you've set inverse video as you want it, press E and then C to
leave the HOT key.
If you have problems reading the screen, try changing the inverse video
method to get the best effect.

7.4 The keyboard

7.4.1 Introduction

The keyboard is used for typing and to control the MP2500.
Typing is provided by letter keys organised in an alphabetical layout, with
separate numeric keypad and cursor key clusters. Symbols and punctuation
are provided by SHIFT (S) plus letter keys. This provides access to all the
functions that you are likely to need, although applications can also redefine
any of the keys to provide access to other functions, if required.
Chapter 7: Using the MP2500
Use inverse video for text with a background colour other
than black.
Use inverse video for high intensity (bright) text.
Use inverse video for text with a high intensity (bright)
background.
Use inverse video for text with a high intensity (bright)
text or background.
Do not use inverse video.
Use inverse video for text with a black foreground and a
white background (as on an IBM monochrome display
adaptor).
