AL=0 (disable) or non 0 (enable)
Returns nothing
The LCD screen window normally tracks screen output
to keep the cursor in view. Use this function to enable
or disable this screen synchronisation. (For example,
you could disable synchronisation if using standard
software that moves the cursor to unimportant areas of
the screen.)
The default state is enabled. This default is restored by
a cold start. Users can also control synchronisation by
using the HOT key.

AL=0 (get) or non-0 (set)

This function is ignored on MP2500 as there is no
Fischer connector, the diskette drive can only be
connected via COM2 (the serial port).
