Use this function to specify how the LCD contrast
should be set when MP2500 is next turned on.
The default level, restored by a cold start, is 0.

MP2500 enters power save modes under a variety of
conditions.
Use
conditions. BX defines the conditions. If bit 0 is 0,
MP2500 will not enter power save; if bit 0 is 1, power
save is enabled but individual causes can be inhibited
by setting bits 1 to 3. Default is 11H.

Inhibit power up on timer tick
MP2500 leaves power save mode briefly about 2.5
times a second (to service the NMI). Setting bit D4 will
inhibit this, but this is not recommended.
