20. INT 05H, Print Screen Contents

Use

Dumps the contents of the virtual screen to serial port COM2, as ASCII
characters ie 'prints' the screen.

Entry

No parameters are passed.

Exit

All registers and flags are preserved.
The status byte at 50:0 in the MS-DOS data segment is set to indicate the
result of the operation:
00H - printing is idle or has completed successfully
01H - printing is active. Any further print requests will be ignored
FFH - the previous print operation failed

Comments

This function is normally used by pressing PrtSc or Shift+PrtSc on PC-
compatibles.
The main differences on MP2500 are:
1 The function can be invoked with the default (developer) keyboard by
pressing WP, or SWP in the user mode.
2 The function will print the whole of the virtual screen (not the LCD
window).
