BH=contrast level (1..80H)
BL=backlight level (0=off, 1=on)
Reads the current contrast and backlight (option)
states.
AH=7BH
AL=attribute mask
Sets the mask which dictates which text attributes will
be displayed as bold, for the 8x6, 12x8 and 12x16 text
fonts. Setting a bit to 1 means that if the corresponding
character attribute bit is set to 1, the bold font will be
used for that character.
The bold attribute mask is reset to 00H by using INT
15H function 98H (redefine soft font), so that bold is
not used.
The default attribute mask is 88H, so that characters
with the background or foreground intensity bits set will
be displayed as bold.
